Palmer Park and Pulpit Rock Park offer some of the best hiking around. Cottonwood Creek Park features sports fields, picnic areas, trails and a very unique Disc Golf Course. University Village Colorado is a fantastic example of a successful urban renewal project and the business corridor near Academy Boulevard and Austin Bluffs Parkway continues to thrive as one of the most lucrative areas in Colorado Springs for retail, shopping and dining.
